8am

Early risers and lovers of tradition enjoy can our simple Sunday services:

  • First, Third and Fourth Sunday's: Prayer Book Holy Communion, based on the historic 'Book of Common Prayer'. There is no music at this service.
  • Second and Fifth Sunday's: Matins, a service of morning prayer.

If clergy are unavailable sometimes a Lay Eucharistic Minister leads these services.

11am

The main Sunday service at 11am follows a regular pattern:

  • First Sunday: Our Family Service is our most popular service, with a more relaxed feel. We start off with a warm breakfast at 10.30am, which leads into a modern style of worship suitable for all ages.
  • Second Sunday: Our Sung Eucharist offers the best in traditional Anglican worship. Favourite hymns are led by our organist and Holy Communion is celebrated at the high altar.
  • Third Sunday: Morning Worship is a simpler service with the emphasis on Bible teaching, but often led interactively with a mixture of musical worship.
  • Fourth Sunday: Family Communion builds on the success of our Family Service, with a simple, relaxed Communion Service and modern worship songs.
  • Fifth Sunday: Café Church is our contemporary approach to gathering combining traditional church elements with an informal atmosphere of a café.

Everyone is welcome to receive Communion or, if you prefer, you may simply ask for a blessing.

We normally serve refreshments after each service. We particularly like tea and cake!

We want to ensure the safety, wellbeing and flourishing of everyone in our church. Our safeguarding policy is available, so you can see how this is managed.
